They have all the power and the jobs and won&#8217;t give either to the Catholics. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Seamus has joined the local vigilante group which patrols the streets at night.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><b>Tekst: <u>&#8220;Catholics\/Protestants&#8221;.<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><b>S\u00e6tninger:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">Nothern Ireland is divided in protestant and catholic communities. Especially in Belfast and in Londonderry.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">The catholics live by the Roman Catholic Churchs rule. They dont use preservatives, they have large families and the most of them would like Northern Ireland to be a part of Ireland.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">The protestants live by protestant church rules \u2013 a more british way of life. Most of them would like Northern Ireland to be under British rule or \u2013 at least \u2013 to be dominated by the protestant way of life.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">The catholics and protestants have different names, schools, jobs, adresses, sports, songs, annual highlights and traditions, politics and terrorist\/freedom organisations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">They often argue about \u2013 if not fight over &#8211; housing areas, jobs and politics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">The Catholics terror organisations are IRA and INLA, while the protestans have UVF, UFF and UDA.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">The British government have had soldiers in all disturbed areas in Northern Ireland since the sixties and is a third part in the conflict \u2013 but with more protestants on their side. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><b>Tekst: <u>&#8220;Terrorists or Freedomfighters.&#8221;<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><b>S\u00e6tninger:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">It&#8217;s a question of perspective.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">An IRA man is considered a terrorist by the british or protestants, but for the catholic he is a freedom fighter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">A protestant can be a terrorist if he acts violently against catholic civilians, but by doing so, he is considered a freedom fighter by some protestants.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">In the movie &#8220;In the name of the father&#8221; it is clear, that the concept &#8216;terrorist&#8217; was used by british police, to make sure to reach the goal of getting confessions and alowence to arest the son and father.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"CENTER\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><b>Amish people<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><b>Tekst:<u> &#8220;Who are the amish&#8221;?<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><b>S\u00e6tninger:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">They came from Switzerland in 16. century.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">They wanted baptism to be for grown ups only (no child baptism).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">They were known as menonites.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">They wanted a strict church.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">They refused to carry arms and participate in war. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">They stayed away from people who had been expelled from church (shunning).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">They speak Pensylvanian dutch.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">They live in their own communities and on their own farms.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">They live in an old fashioned way &#8211; have no zippers, no rubber ties, no radio or TV, no dishwasher etcetera.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">They make a lot of their own crafts and art.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">Today there are 75.000 in North America and 500.000 wolrd wide.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><b>Tekst: <u>&#8220;Young people and shunning.&#8221;<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><b>S\u00e6tninger:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">Shunning means that amish are not allowed to be together with people who have been expelled.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">If amish young people decide to live the amish way (after rumdspringa) and not a more liberal religious way, and later breakes the amish rules for marriage and lifestyle, they get expelled from the amish society. While he is being driven to his aunt in Toronto, the car hit an amish boggy. They talked for half an hour. You live with no kind of shelter, for example on the streets. B. You have shelter but it is not home. C. You live at a friends place. D.
